• Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency honors Whispering Hills Apartments

  The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) honored Mr. Jim Rice, Owner of Arzon Development, with the 2008 APEX Award.  The award presented annually recognizes excellence in affordable rental housing and was on behalf of successes at Whispering Hills Apartments.

• Davis commended for years of service

  Congratulations to Ms. Judy Davis, site manager for Allison Park and First Capitol Apartments.  Judy was recently recognized by the Rural Rental Housing Association of Oklahoma for her more than 15 years of service as a site manager of RD developments in Oklahoma.  She was additionally recognized as Site Manager of the Year.
