About Arzon Development

Arzon is an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company formed in Stillwater, Oklahoma on November 21, 2000.  The company is entirely owned by Jim Rice, a licensed CPA and real estate broker with more than 16 years of experience in the affordable housing industry and specific experience in federal multi-family housing subsidies, affordable housing tax credit funding, property management, and compliance procedures.
